Depending on which form you complete, the information collected may include:

We do not collect payment information directly. Any future payment processing will be handled by a third-party processor, and their privacy practices will govern that transaction.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools on this site.

Information submitted through this site is used solely for the following purposes:

• Responding to speaking, workshop, coaching, and assessment requests
• Scheduling and delivering engagements you request

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. All inquiry reviews are conducted personally by Dr. Kevin Sansberry II.

Form submissions on this site are processed through Basin (usebasin.com), a third-party form handling service. Basin receives and stores the data you submit and delivers it to us by email. Basin's privacy policy governs their handling of your data and is available at their website.

By submitting a form on this site, you acknowledge that your submission is processed through Basin before reaching us.

We retain inquiry and contact submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and deliver any engagement that follows. Submissions that do not lead to an engagement are retained for no longer than two years from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion.

Records related to a completed engagement are retained as part of the Institute's business records.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Basin, as described in Section 3, for the purpose of receiving your form submission
• With service providers who help us deliver engagements, under confidentiality obligations
• As required by law, legal process, or regulatory authority
