This Privacy Policy describes how the Sansberry Organizational Harm Institute ("SOHI," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Dr. Kevin Sansberry II, collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. We collect only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and operate the COHA™ certification program. We do not sell your information to third parties.
1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit a form on this site. This includes the COHA™ Certification Inquiry form and the general Contact form.

Depending on which form you complete, the information collected may include:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your professional role, credentials, and years of experience
  • Your practice setting and the types of cases you work on
  • Your organization or institution name
  • Your city and state or province
  • Written responses describing your professional context, motivations, or inquiry

We do not collect payment information directly. Any future payment processing will be handled by a third-party processor, and their privacy practices will govern that transaction.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through this site is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Reviewing and responding to COHA™ certification inquiries
  • Communicating with prospective practitioners about program fit, enrollment, and logistics
  • Responding to general contact and business inquiries
  • Administering the COHA™ program for enrolled participants

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. All inquiry reviews are conducted personally by Dr. Kevin Sansberry II.

3. Form Submission and Data Processing

Form submissions on this site are processed through Basin (usebasin.com), a third-party form handling service. Basin receives and stores the data you submit and delivers it to us by email. Basin's privacy policy governs their handling of your data and is available at their website.

By submitting a form on this site, you acknowledge that your submission is processed through Basin before reaching us.

4. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and contact submissions for as long as necessary to evaluate program fit, manage enrollment, and administer the COHA™ certification program. Submissions from individuals who are not admitted to or do not enroll in the program are retained for no longer than two years from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion.

If you are enrolled in the COHA™ program, records related to your participation and credential are retained as part of the institute's certification records.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Basin, as described in Section 3, for the purpose of receiving your form submission
  • With service providers who support program administration, under confidentiality obligations
  • As required by law, legal process, or regulatory authority
6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing of your information.

This site is directed at professional practitioners and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
